- Services: Well Brill Cleaning Services provides residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning as outlined on our website or flyer. Specific services must be agreed upon before booking.
- Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and e-transfers. A 10% discount applies to first-time clients, as noted in our promotions.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a 50% fee of the quoted price.
- Liability: Well Brill Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damages or items not disclosed prior to cleaning. We take care during our services but are not liable for accidental damage to fragile or improperly secured items.
- Eco-Friendly Cleaning: Eco-friendly options are available upon request. Clients must specify any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products before the service begins.
- Access and Safety: Clients must provide safe access to the property and ensure pets or hazards are secured. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
- Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue at no additional cost, subject to our discretion.
- Changes: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be available on our website or upon request.
